How long will it take for me to get my plain whimsy accessories?

It take approximately 2 days from receiving your order to ship out your accessories but if demand is great it might take up to 7 days. Please ne patient as we're a one woman-show!

What type of payments do you accept?

If you're an international buyer, i.e. not living in Singapore, payment is via Paypal.
For local (Singapore) buyers, I accept bank transfers.
Please make your payment within 48hours (2 Days) of purchase!

Do you do refund and exchange?

If you are unsatisfied with your product or if it doesn't fit you correctly, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. I only ask that you pay for the shipping cost.

Other Things

Handmade items are created in a pet-free, smoke-free home.

All Handmade items are designed by me. Please do not copy my work! I retain the copyright on my items even after sale.

For vintage items, please note that there may be defects and wear and tear in the items and I will add any defects and wear and tear of the items in the description.
